The newly-built Alpenchalets Nassfeld are situated in a peaceful setting in the centre of Rattendorf.

The ski resort of Nassfeld is just a few minutes away by ski bus. The apartments are also the ideal starting point for hikes, leisure activities or a trip to the Carinthian lakes in summer.

The accommodation consists of 8 semi-detached houses, with separate access to each apartment. The apartments each cater for up to 6 guests and consist of an open-plan living room with a TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate WC and 3 bedrooms. The rooms are split over two floors. In addition, each apartment has 2 parking spaces, free Wi-Fi and a beautiful terrace to enjoy in summer. Bed linen and towels are available for all guests.

Our Appartementhaus Sabine is situated in the hamlet of Bergen, just two kilometres from the centre of Obertilliach. Visitors seeking peace and quiet will love the tranquillity of the location on the edge of the forest. You can look forward to panoramic views of the Carnic Alps and the Lienz Dolomites.

Our various rustic apartments that sleep 2 to 7 guests are each equipped with their own small kitchen, bathroom, WC, TV and free Wi-Fi. There is also free parking available in front of the apartment building. Bed linen and towels are available for all guests.

In winter, guests can join the cross-country ski trails right next to the building. The free ski bus will take you to the Golzentipp ski resort in just a few minutes. The accommodation is also the ideal starting point for many winter and snowshoe hikes as well as ski tours. In summer, the surrounding area is perfect for various summer activities, hikes and excursions. Our guests also enjoy free admission to the swimming pool, spa and fitness area of Hotel Andreas (two kilometres away from Haus Sabine).

Favourite Place

A small mountain lake at 1,680 metres above sea level is a heavenly location for me at any time of the day or year.

Tyrolean dumplings

There is no doubt that my mum Sabine makes the best dumplings. When she wields the wooden spoon, the finest ingredients are always used.

The night watchman made it his business to allow the people to sleep peacefully at night and kept watch over “fire and light”.

Romantic suite

The two-floor Romantic suite is approximately 85 m² and is designed for up to 2 adults and 4 children. It features 2 separate sleeping areas and a fully equipped kitchen.

The special wooden suite with approx. 35 m² is for max. 2 adults and 2 children and disposes of a big sleeping room with double bed, freestanding bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.
