We prefer to use regional produce and seasonal ingredients in our kitchen. Whether it’s milk and cheese from the Oswalderhof farm, freshly baked bread from the village bakery, potatoes from Dölsach or homemade jams from Obertilliach – you can taste the diversity of East Tyrol here. We are especially proud to offer our guests lamb and Angus beef raised on our own farm.
