Sweating „at the highest level “ … at a temperature of around 90 °C.
However, a trip to a sauna is far more than mere „hot air“: it reduces immune system and lets you breathe deeplyblood pressure, trains the blood vessels, strengthens the and freely. Enjoy a hot sauna visit.
In our steam bath, you will sweat out approx. 8 to 16g of sweat per minute at 45°C.
The steam bath promotes circulation, cleans and stimulates the skin and helps when suffering from respiratory illnesses as well as rheumatism.
You should stay in the steam bath for 15 to 20 minutes. After the steam bath, we recommend to give your body a 30 minutes’ rest.
Infrared radiation is the best means of applying heat to the body – contact-free and without disrupting the skin’s heat regulation. When infrared rays strike the body, they are absorbed by the uppermost layers of the skin and converted to heat, and do not penetrate further into the body. The body increases blood circulation to the skin to cool the skin. Heat can only be transported and distributed throughout the body via the blood. The process of distributing heated blood primarily depends on what type of heat regulation reaction is stimulated by the application of heat.
Salt stone grotto
Taking wellness to another level. Salt therapy is similar to spending time in the salty sea air, which offers many more benefits than just relaxation on the beach. The benefits of salt therapy are wide-ranging. Salt levels affect our cell activity, energy and blood sugar levels. The temperature of this bath is around 45°C.
You can find peace and quietness in our hey relaxing room, the Rosenquarzkabine and the spacious relaxation room.
